Technical aspects
- Multi-device: we offer several models of GPS satellite trackers and data loggers, which can also be combined to suit the customer’s needs: fixed, portable and magnetic trackers, IP67-rated units, GPS devices with internal batteries, with external or built-in antennas, and smartphone GPS tracking apps, etc.
- Multi-level: ServizioGPS is used by different people with different roles and skills. Some technicians need to monitor the fleet in real time, others to report activity costs, others are focused on vehicle and driver safety.
That is why we have developed different access levels to the web platform, from basic to full privileges. - Accessibility: ServizioGPS works in any browser and on any device (PC, tablet, smartphone).
- Mobile: the free «ServizioGPS Manager» app lets you locate and monitor your vehicles at any time, with no limit on the number of devices shown. It is ideal for managers and coordinators who are often out of the office, and for private users who need to monitor their vehicles remotely.

- Dedicated mini-site: we know that for many public bodies transparency and communication with citizens are essential. That is why, on request, we offer free of charge a dedicated public web page showing the real-time positions of vehicles/operators at work on a map. Citizens are kept informed about the body’s activities and, for example during snow clearing, can see in real time which roads have already been cleared.
Accounting and reports
- Automated reporting, with hourly and/or per-km costs that can be set and differentiated as needed.
- Automatic exclusions: thanks to advanced geo-referencing, the system automatically excludes from activity reports any passes over areas or roads outside the vehicle’s/operator’s area of responsibility. ServizioGPS can also exclude from accounting the time a vehicle stood still and send an alert when a set time threshold is exceeded. This helps you rationalise costs and get fully automated reporting.
